Q1: What materials can Huashengming double roll crushers process?
A: Our double roll crushers can process over 200 types of brittle materials, including river pebbles, granite, basalt, limestone, dolomite, iron ore, gold ore, coal gangue, shale, gypsum, and construction waste. The maximum compressive strength is up to 300 MPa.
Q2: How do I choose the right model for my production line?
A: Please provide your material type, required capacity (t/h), feed size, and target output size. Our engineers will recommend the most suitable model – from small spring roll crushers (2-20 t/h) to large hydraulic series (up to 400 t/h).
Q3: Can the same machine process both dry and wet materials?
A: Yes. Our double roll crushers work well with both dry and wet materials. The screen‑less design and self‑cleaning tooth geometry prevent clogging even at 30% moisture content.

A: It depends on material hardness. All roll shells can be field‑rebuilt by hardfacing 2-3 times, significantly extending total service life.

Q7: How often do I need to replace wear parts?
A: Unlike hammer crushers, our double roll crushers have no hammers, blow bars, or impact plates. The main wear parts are roll shells, which require replacement only after thousands of operating hours. Maintenance intervals are long, typically every 3-12 months depending on material.
Q8: Is on‑site training and installation support available?
A: Yes. We provide detailed manuals, online technical support, and optional on‑site installation & training by our engineers. Remote commissioning service is also available.
Q9: How to prevent clogging when processing sticky or high‑moisture materials?
A: Our crushers feature a screen‑less design and self‑cleaning tooth profiles. Wet fines fall away naturally without adhering to roll surfaces. No manual cleaning is needed during normal operation.

A: For standard models in stock, delivery is 7-15 days. For custom‑built machines, lead time is 25-45 days depending on specifications.
